Family Ministry

The Family Ministry at St. Thomas Aquinas was founded in March 2024 by a small group of moms at the parish who wished to bring families together through faith, fellowship, and prayer.

We plan to host a Family Fun Night each quarter with different focuses for the evening (ex. service, fellowship and fun, liturgical living). Our events are open to ALL families, regardless of age and number of children (or the lack thereof).

Family Fun Nights occur quarterly from ~5-7 p.m., typically in Aquinas Hall.  We share either a potluck or catered dinner together and an activity.  We have done game nights, movie nights, BINGO nights, and service projects.  Service projects included making goodie bags for the Catholic Campus Ministry students in preparation for their finals, making Easter cards for home-bound parishioners, and decorating brown lunch bags to be used by the Brown Bag Lunch Ministry.
