Father Matthew Codd, Pastor

Father Codd was ordained in 2012, and has served as parochial vicar at St. Mark in Huntersville, St. Aloysius in Hickory, and as pastor at St. Elizabeth of the Hill Country in Boone, before being assigned as pastor here at St. Thomas Aquinas in 2019.  Each week (and on Holy Days) we record the homilies.

Our Masses are being livestreamed now.  Please see the livestream link for the homilies.  We livestream the Sunday Masses at 9:30 and 11:30 a.m.  As well, we stream the 8:30 a.m. Mass Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, as well as the 12:15 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Masses on Thursdays.  Lastly, we also stream the 10:00 a.m. Mass on Saturdays, and various Eucharistic Holy Hours and other special Masses and events.  We are no longer uploading audio homilies to this page, but will keep it up for the archived homilies.

   

Daily Mass Homilies

We have had requests for the daily Mass homilies to be recorded, and parishioners have commented that they have often wished daily Mass homilies that they have heard had been recorded, so we are starting to record some daily Mass homilies as well.

Father Matthew Kauth, Rector, St. Joseph College Seminary

Father Kauth was in residence at St. Thomas Aquinas from August of 2012 through the summer of 2016.

As of August of 2016, he is the Rector of St. Joseph College Seminary. His homilies while he was in residence at St. Thomas Aquinas are archived on our website, as well as any new homilies when he comes back to celebrate Mass. Listen Here!

Father Winslow served as Pastor at St. Thomas Aquinas from August of 2012 through July 2019. He is currently the Chancellor and Vicar General of the Diocese of Charlotte.

Father Christian is now the Pastor at St. John the Baptist in Tryon.
